XVI is curated and intentionally limited. We prioritize building a balanced table and a high-quality environment, not driving mass sign-ups. Dates are often shared privately first with aligned guests and waitlist members, then opened more broadly if seats remain. Each XVI dinner is confirmed only once the room has been thoughtfully curated.
